All orders placed through this web site are subject to confirmation and acceptance by Flame Tree Home Decor Artisans.

In addition to the price of the product you are responsible for delivery charges of whatever nature, including any additional charges incurred as a result of difficulties of delivery to do with access to the premises to which the delivery is to be made. We deliver our products using Australia Post. Shipping costs are calculated according to weight, destination, and a choice or regular or express postage.We ship to Australia and New Zealand. Clients can contact us and request postage to other destinations, whereby shipping will be calulated according to wight and destination. Flame Tree Home Decor Artisans is not liable for local customs and duty or local taxes on deliveries to countries overseas.

Orders are dispatched twice per week and shipping times are estimated at between 2 and 10 business days, depending on your location.

Flame Tree Home Decor Artisans will deliver the goods you order to the address you specify in your order, within the agreed time frame, subject to their availability. Where the goods are not available you will be notified of this by Flame Tree Home Decor Artisans as soon as possible. Anyone at the delivery address who receives the goods will be presumed by Flame Tree home Decor Artisans to be authorised to receive the goods.

You are responsible for ensuring there is adequate access and entry to the site to allow the delivery of the products. If delivery cannot be made, a card will be left and you will be responsible at your expense for organising collection of the products from the address identified on the card. The delivery date nominated by us is an estimated delivery date only. We will use our best efforts to meet the estimated delivery date, however if we do not meet the estimated delivery date then, at our option we will either resupply the goods at a different time, or refund you the purchase price.

Once the goods are delivered to you, you will own them and it is your responsibility if they are lost or damaged.
